Rock Climbing and Abseiling

What to wear?

You will be supplied all the safety gear you need. But you will need to dress for the weather. If your session is indoors, then gym wear is ideal. If your session is outdoors then please dress accordingly depending on the forecast.

On colder days we would suggest wearing outdoor/hiking trousers and fleeces made of synthetic fibres. These will retain their thermal properties when wet. In terms of footwear, a shoe with a foam sole may over flex on the rock (which isn't ideal) therefor we suggest a more ridged sole if possible or climbing shoes if you have them.

Top tip bring a bag  to carry your snacks and refreshments for energy, especially if you are booked onto a full day!
